ModerneEntreposage manages the rental of commercial buildings and mini-warehouses.

The project displayed in the image below involves the construction of 2 new buildings on rue de Lanoraie, in Gatineau. Building A is a 3-storey commercial building and Building B is a 3-storey public storage building.

In order to allow the construction of Buildings A and B on the lot, the lot must be subdivided. Following the regulatory analysis of the site and municipality, “Furniture and appliance storage (including mini-storage)” and certain types of “Commercial” uses are authorized. The height of both buildings is limited to 3 storeys. The site is being developed by BC2.
